SUMMARY:Brownie Festival of Friendship
DESCRIPTION:£33 per ticket\nAn unforgettable day of fun\, celebrating all that is Brownies and the friendships we gain from being a part of Girlguiding. \nThere will be giant inflatables\, adventure activities\, trinket trading\, games\, sports\, crafts\, dancing and workshops.  It will be a brilliant finale to the summer with\, hopefully\, some sunshine! \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n Festival of Friendship flyer\n 1 file(s) 158.71 KB\n \n \n Download\n \n \n \n\n\n\nAs many groups cannot afford to pay for tickets up front\, we are asking you to gauge interest from your unit and register their interest. Please do not guess numbers or over order\, as this may take the opportunity from other girls in the county. \nLeaders: Remember Brownie ratio is 1:8 (minimum 2 leaders) for day events so please ensure you have enough leaders available.  The event is a ‘free-flow’ so leaders are not expected to remain with their unit\, but be available at a central location should they be needed.  Please note that if you have high ratio of leaders\, some may be asked to help with activities. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children of leaders\, even if they are Rainbows or Guides\, at this event. \nTiming: The event will run from 10am – 4pm but we will be operating a staggered start and finish to allow for traffic. Every group will have the same time onsite\, but the the overall time will be slightly reduced. \nTravel: We are not able to support units with travel costs for this event. The venue has been chosen so it is central to the county to make it easier for parents to drop girls.  We ask you to encourage lift sharing. \nTimeline:\n\nAdvertise to Brownies and Parents and gauge interest.\nRegister for tickets by 30th April\nWe will confirm if you have tickets by 2nd May\nPayment and consent then required by 23rd May\n\nRegister for TicketsWe need you – please volunteer!\nWe would love your support to help us deliver a fun day for our Brownies there are plenty of volunteer roles so please consider joining the team.    \nIf you have a particular skill or activity that you think you could offer and run on the day\, please let us know\, or if you’d simply like to help with activities or logistics\, submit your details using the link below: \nhttps://forms.office.com/e/S7feZ2Kw4d
