Supporting Young Leaders

This session run by Vicky Cunningham, County Young Leader Coordinator, will help Leaders who already have Young Leaders, learn about the Young Leader Development Programme, ponder the complimentary skills they bring to your leadership team, consider what support your Young Leader needs from you to thrive in the role and how you can advocate other opportunities they may be interested in exploring for themselves. You’ll leave the session with a renewed enthusiasm for mentoring the leaders of tomorrow! Please note that the content will be very similar to the session presented at County Day in January 2025 but those who attended this session are more than welcome to come along for a refresher.
